松(song)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)古称(cheng)华(hua)亭(ting)，俗称(cheng)有(you)云(yun)间、茸城、谷水等，是柳州世界闻名(ming)的鱼米鱼米之乡。唐天宝几年(nian)（75一(yi)年(nian)），置华(hua)亭(ting)县(xian)。元至元十(shi)二(er)年(nian)（127六(liu)年(nian)）升为(wei)华(hua)亭(ting)府(fu)(fu)(fu)，翌年(nian)转换成松(song)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)府(fu)(fu)(fu)。至清嘉庆几年(nian)（1805年(nian)）演化为(wei)1府(fu)(fu)(fu)（松(song)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)）、7县(xian)（华(hua)亭(ting)、昆明、青浦、娄(lou)、奉贤、金山(shan)、南(nan)汇）、1厅（川沙）。民国元年(nian)（19十(shi)二(eꩲr)年(nian)）废府(fu)(fu)(fu)，华(hua)亭(ting)、娄(lou)县(xian)合并以华(hua)亭(ting)县(xian)，归沙漠风省所管(guan)辖。民国两(liang)年(nian)（191多年(nian)）改称(cheng)松(song)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)县(xian)。解(jie)放汽车后，苏(su)南(nan)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)(fu)部门署设松(song)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)模(mo)块。1957年(nian)110月，松(song)江(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)模(mo)块撤(che)消，改隶成都模(mo)块。1957年(nian)16月由沙漠风省划归昆明市。1997年(nian)10月，住建(jian)部批准书撤(ch🐭e)县(xian)设区。
Songjiang, once called Huating in ancient times, also known as Yunjian, Rongcheng, and Gushui, is a famous town south of the Yangtze River. In 751 of the Tang Dynasty, Songjiang was named Huating County. In 1277 during the Yuan Dynasty, it was named Huating Prefecture, which was changed to Songjiang Prefecture the next year. Then in 1805 in the Qing Dynasty, it was developed into Songjiang Prefecture with Huating, Shanghai, Qingpu, Lou, Fengxian, Jinshan, Nanhui, and Chuansha Counties subject to it. In 1912, when the prefecture was abolished, Huating and 𝄹Lou were merged into Huating County of Jiangsu Province. In 1914, Huating County was changed to Son🌺gjiang County. After liberation, the area became Songjiang Special District. In March 1958, it was merged into Suzhou Special District, and in November, Songjiang became a county of Shanghai. Then in February 1998, the State Council approved Songjiang to be a district.

The city had 1,864.0 hours of sunshine, 65.0 hours higher than average, and 1,560.5 millimeters of rainfall, 392.3 millimeters higher than average. In the whole year, the computer communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry realized 7.907 billion yuan of fixed asset investment, up by 12.0% over the previous year, accounting for 38.0% of the district’s industrial fixed asset investment. “Songjiang G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Digital Economy Innovative Industrial Cluster” was rated as the first national innovative industrial cluster pilot in the digital economy field. Digital transformation was comprehensively promoted, and the G60 Digital Economy Innovation Industry Demonstration Zone of Songjiang New City was successfully selected as one of the first batches of municipal demonstration zones. The evaluation of urban digital transformation in 2021 ranked third in Shanghai. In 2021, the district newly added 170 new nursing beds, reconstructed 420 dementia care beds and 132 nursing beds, and completed the construction of 4 community comprehensive elderly service centers, 2 daytime elderly service centers, 3 catering service stations, 97 standardized elderly activity rooms, 8 model neighborhoods for the elderly, and 1 Happy Elderly Family. The district completed the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in elderly care services, carried out fire safety assessments of elderly care institutions, and implemented the construction of a traceability system catering to the elderly. The daily monitoring score of service quality of elderly care institutions ranked third in Shanghai. The social relief system continued to expand. In 2021, the total number of new and high-tech enterprises in the zone reached 1,041, ranking third in Shanghai. The total number of high-tech enterprises in the district reached 2,306, with a year-on-year increase of 31.4%, ranking third in Shanghai. T𝔉he net increase of high-tech enterprises has quadrupled in five years, reaching 551 in 2021. Eleven sci-tech enterprises were approved by the 2021 Shanghai Sci-tech Little Giant Pro꧅ject (including cultivated enterprises), ranking third in Shanghai. There were 156 small giant enterprises in the district (including cultivated enterprises). In 2020, R&D expenditure amounted to 7.516 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.2% and an investment intensity of 4.59%, 0.27% higher than that of 3.98% in 2019 and 0.42% higher than the average level of Shanghai. The influence of “Humanistic Songjiang” kept expanding. The Three-year Action Pla🐓n for the Construction of Humanistic Songjiang was implemented, building “a city filled with literary atmosphere, a city of calligraphy and painting, a city of cultural relic exhibition, and a city of film and television”. Guangfulin Site of Ancient Culture became a new landmark of Shanghai culture, Humanistic Songjiang Activity Center was inaugurated, welcoming visitors from the Yangtze River Delta region, Humanistic Songjiang Creation Research Institute and Dong Qichang Calligraphy & Painting Art Museum were established, and the first volume of Songjiang Cultural Dictionary was published. This novel hotel follows the natural environment and mak⛄es full use of the curved surface of the quarry rock face to hang and build on it. Sheshan National Forest Park is the ꦫonly natural mountainous forest touring site in Shanghai. The Park covers an area of 267 acres with 79.44% of the scenic spot covered by forests. There are 12 hills in the park, stretching their way from the southwest to the northeast, like a string of jade pearls with a total length of 13km, offering Shanghai’s flat land a ܫmountainous view. In June 1993, the former National Ministry of Forestry approved the establishment of Sheshan National Forest Park. In 2001, it was honored as one of the first national 4A-level touring sites. The scenic spots that opened to the public are East Sheshan Hill Park, West Sheshan Hill Park, Tianmashan Hill Park, and Xiaokunshan Hill Park.

Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden is in Sheshan National Tourist Resort (No.3888 Chenhua Highway). It is created through collaboration between the Shanghai Municipal Government, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and the State Forestry Administration, which combines scientific research, popular science, and sightseeing purpose. This remarkable 207-hectare botanical garden is the largest one in East China. Chenshan Ancient Site in the garden was announced by Shanghai Municipal Government as a cultural relics protection unit of Shanghai in April 2014. The site was first found in early 2009, covering an area of about 16 hectares.𝔉 It is preliminarily determined to be an ancient cultural site in the Shang and Zhou dynasties.
The botanical garden consists of four functional areas: the central exhibition area, the plant conservation area, the plant areas on five continents, and the peripheral buffer zone. The exhibition greenhouse covers an area of 12,608 square meters. It consists of Tropical Flower and🦩 Fruit Museum, Sand Botany Museum, and Exotic Botany Museum. It is the largest exhibition greenhouse group in Asia. Among them, Sand Botany Museum♛ is the largest indoor sand botany exhibition hall in the world. Now Chenshan Botanical Garden is a national 4A-level scenic spot.

There are 8 national, municipal, and district unmovable cultural relics in the park, including Xingshengjiao Temple Pagoda, which was announced as national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council in November 1996; Lanrui Hall, Screen Wall of Engraved Bricks, Chen Huacheng Memorial Temple, Temple of the Queen of Heaven and Wangxian Bridge were announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit in April 2014, Stone Statues of Ming Dynastꦏy, Front Hall of Zhang’s Residence were announced as Songjiang district relics protection unit in June 2013.
The e🐬ntire landscape is centered🃏 on the Square Pagoda of Northern Song Dynasty, surrounded by the Wangxian Bridge of Southern Song Dynasty, Screen Wall of Engraved Bricks of Ming Dynasty, Lanrui Hall, stone carving garden, Temple of the Queen of Heaven, Chen Huacheng Memorial Hall, Helou Veranda, Qichang Corridor and so on. With an area of 76 mu, Shanghai Zuibaichi Park is one of the five ancient gardens in Shanghai. There are two immovable cultural relics in the park, including Zuibaichi, which was announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit in April 2014; Woodcarving Hall, which was announced as Songjiang County Cultural Relics Protection Unit in July 1985. The predecessor of the garden was Guyang Garden, the residence of Zhu Zhichun, a jinshi (a successful candidate in the highest imperial examinations) in the Song Dynasty. The garden was also a place for Dong Qichang (a famous calligrapher and painter in Ming Dynasty) to drink and write poems. 370 years ago, during the period of Shunzhi of the Qing Dynasty, it was a private villa of Gu Dashen, chief of the Ministry of Works, he rebuilt the garden and changed its name to “Zuibaichi” because he worshipped Bai Juyi (poet of the Tang dynasty). The garden has many pavilions, terraces, and open halls such as Letian Xuan (a small room or veranda with windows) of the Song Dynasty,꧅ Simian (four sides) Hall, Yi Fang (a boat-shaped building), Reading Hall of the Ming Dynasty, and Cottage above the Pool, Xuehai Hall, Baocheng Building, Woodcarving Hall of the Qing Dynasty. Art treasures such as stone carvings of Zhao Mengfu's calligraphy authentic works “Visit to the Red Cliff” of Yuan Dynasty and steles of “Portraits of Excellent Talents in Yunjian” of Qing Dynasty are collected in the park. There are countless contemporary calligraphers’ inscribed tablets and couplets hanging in the park. Now the park is rated as a national 4A-level scenic spot.

广富(fu)林(lin)人(ren)文遗(yi)(yi)存(cun)座落松江都市中部，东至龙源路，南至广富(fu)林(lin)路，西至沈𒆙(shen)泾塘，北至银泽北路，遗(yi)(yi)存(cun)牵涉建(jian)筑面积约(yue)850亩(mu),是到目前为止经考古发(fa)掘感觉的苏州29处遗存中主要包括文(wen)章最非(fei)常丰(feng)富,最具呵护与规划设计颜值的✅古诗词(ci)化遗存。广(guang)富(fu)林(lin)艺术遗存中(zhong✨)现共(gong)得3处不容(rong)活动古墓葬🌄(zang)(zang)古迹，另外：广富林(lin)民族文(wen)化(hua)古迹，201五年被国家核准为第7批湖北省古墓葬(zang)(zang)古迹保护英(ꦬying)文(wen)机(ji)构；1987年11月被公布了为沈阳市藏品(pin)呵护(hu)组织；知(zhi)也桥(qiao)，2016年1月(yue)被公示(shi)为松江区古(gu)墓葬养护(hu)点。

Guangfulin Site of Ancient Culture is in the north of Songjiang New City, it spans Longyuan Road to the east, Guangfulin Road to the south, Shenjing River to the west, and North Yinze Road to the north. Covering an area of about 850 mu, it is the most abundant and val🗹uable among 29 cultural sites in Shanghai. There are three immovable cultural relics on the site, including Guangfulin Site of Ancient Culture, which was announced as national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council in May 2013; Chen Zilong Tomb, which was announced as Shanghai municipal cultural reꦯlics protection unit in November 1987; Zhiye Bridge, which was announced as Songjiang district cultural relics protection point in January 2016.
The site takes the protection zone of the archaeological site as its core and presents its original form with farming ecological culture and authentic rural scenery. The profound culture is the core competitiveness of Guangfulin, which includes ♐a cultural display area, a folk display area, a religious display area, an archeological site exhibition hall, and a porcelain kiln exhibition hall. Guangfulin echoes Songjiang Prefectural City, Songjiang City of Warehouse, Sijing Ancient Town, and other historical and cultural scenes, which has become the destination of the “Root-seeking Journey of Profound Culture” in Shanghai.

Guangfulin Country Park is built around the five core elements of “field, water, road, forest, and village”, and is based on the natural ecological landscape of farming. It is composed of farm piꩲcking, fruiting scenery, wetland fishing villages, and camping bases. The block is divided into 12 areas, such as a rape flower field, green field trail, fo🍬rest oxygen bar, Laolaiqing rice field, and leisurely trail in the paddy. It is supplemented by cultural exhibitions, RV camping, fruit picking, fishing, and sightseeing walks, which become a comprehensive country recreation area.

Shanghai Pujiang River Source Scenic Spot is the starting point of Shanghai’s mother river, Huangpu River, also known as the “Zero Kilometer of Huangpu River”. The Xietang River and Yuanxiejing Creek, which meander from Jiangsu and Zhejiang, converge here to for𝄹m a delta-shaped treasure land and flow into Huangpu River through Hengliaojing Creek. At the confluence of the three rivers, the river is vast, the sailboats in the river competing for the current, the nets rising and falling by the river, the reeds on the bund swaying, the pink peaches and green willows setting each other off. These breeds the endless scenery of a water town in the south of the Yangtze River, from which the scenic spot got its name “Pujiang River Source”. The whole scenic spot is divided into two parts: the aboveground part is “Shu-Liu-Li-Yun Pagoda” and “Chunshen Hall”, while the underground part is “Water Culture Exhibition Hall”. In the scenic area, the architectural style of cantilever beam and bucket arch exude classical charm, while the glazed tiles of French windows unfold modern fashion pleasure. The garden, blessed with local trees such as ginkgo, sophora, and weeping willow, displays a charming style of the south of the Yangtze River and shows the epitome of ancient Chinese traditional culture. Now it is a national 3A-level scenic spot.

Shanghai Moon Lake Sculpture Park is in Sheshan National Tourist Resort. It is an artistic landscape park that integrates modern sculpture, architectural art, natural landscape, and high-end rest and entertainment. Songjiang Museum is a local chronicles museum, where the historical relics in Songjiang are collected, researched, and exhibited. The 2-storey exhibition room covers an area of 1,200 square meters. The basic exhibition of “Treasures Buried in the Sand”, which is divided into 3 portions named “Dawn of Huangpu River”, “Glisten of the Historical River” and “Painting Arts”, is on the second floor. The exhibition scientifically shows the cultural relics, which are held in the museum and unearthed in Songjiang, and reflects the achievements during the different periods of social development combined with landscape restoration, lightbox, multimedia, and other auxiliary display methods. The first floor is a temporary exhibition hall, and various special exhibitions are held from time to time. Located on the east and west sides outside the exhibition hall, the Stele Gallery is composed of long corridors and tablet pavilions. The East Stele Gallery🌠 displays the historical materials and inscriptions of Songjiang Prefecture during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The West Stele Gallery displays the calligraphic art inscriptions of Zhao Mengfu, Dong Qichang, and Shen Quan.

Sutra Pillar of the Tang Dynasty
松江(jiang)唐(tang)(tang)经幢隶属(shu)于(yu)松江(jiang)中山中学大学校绿化区，1986年(nian)6月被国家发改委♏公布了为江(jiang)苏省重要(yao)出土水资(zi)源保护区的(de)单位。建于(yu)唐(tang)(tang)大中十四年(nian)（859年(nian)），是迄(qi)今佛山最老旧的(de)地坪(ping)建造(zao)。经幢21级，高9.3米(ℱmi)，八棱八面，故又称(cheng)(cheng)为为八棱碑，称(cheng)(cheng)做(zuo)“唐(tang)(tang)经幢”，別称(cheng)(cheng)“石塔”。
Sutra Pillar of the Tang Dynasty is located at the campus of Zhongshan Primary School, Songjiang. In January 1988, it was announced by the State Council as a national key cultural relics protection unit. Established in 859, the pillar is the oldest ground building in Shanghai. The pillar is built of 21 stone blocks with a height of 9.3 meters. With eight ridg𝕴es and eight slides, it is also known as the Eight-Ridge Pillar, commonly known as the “Sutra Pillar of the Tang Dynasty”, also known as the “Stone Pillar”.

大(da)仓桥(qiao)(qiao)❀(qiao)坐落永丰(feng)街(jie)边中河北(bei)路(lu)仓桥(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)弄南，201几年(nian)4月被颁发为沪(hu)市古物(wu)保护英(ying)文机关单位(wei)，就是座高(gao)10余(yu)米(mi)，跨高(gao)50余(yu)米(mi)的五孔弧形大(da)石桥(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。桥(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)名(ming)叫永丰(feng)，因桥(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)南为松江府漕运(yun)仓城，故简称大(da)仓桥(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。现(xian)为沪(hu)位(wei)置很(hen)多闻名(ming)的北(bei)京在明大(da)石桥(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)之五。
Located at Cangqiao Lane South, West Zhongshan Road in Yongfeng Sub-district, Dacang Bridge was announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit in April 2014. The bridge spans 50 meters long and 10 meters high over the river. It was formerly known as Yongfeng Bridge and later named Dacang Bridge for there was Water Transport Warehouse City of Songjiang Prefecture to the south of the bridge. It is one of the famous big stone bridges of the Ming Dynasty in Shan🌱ghai.

Located at No.75 Gangbeng Alley, Maluqiao Neighborhood Committee in Yueyang Sub-district, Songjiang Mosque was announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit in August 1980. As one of the oldest mosques in Shanghai, Songjiang Mosque was built during 1341-1368, also named Zhenjiao Mosque. After many renovations and expansions during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the mosque today features the style of construction of the Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties. The main buildings include Central Hall, Kiln Hall, Crossing Corridor♕, North and South Speech Hall, and Bangke Chamber. Among them, the Kiln Hall and Bangke Chamber can best represent the traits of the Mosque.

西(xi)林禅寺，称之(zhi)为(wei)崇恩寺，建(jian)于南宋(song)咸淳末年(nian)（1265—1276年(nian)）。明洪武三十五年(nian)（138七年(nian)）恢复(fu)，设在岳(yue)阳(yang)社(she)区中(zhong)深山中(zhong)路(lu)66六号。明正统皇敕封(feng)时赐名“大清(qing)西(xi)林禅寺”。正殿车门还(hai)有(you)一个(ge)塔(ta)(ta)，名圆应(ying)宝(bao)塔(ta)(ta)，俗名“西(xi)林塔(ta)(ta)”。圆应(yinꦡg)塔(ta)(ta)（西(𒈔xi)林塔(ta)(ta)）1982年(nian)6月被平台发布为(wei)成都市古(gu)建(jian)筑保护的标准。塔(ta)(ta)身七层八(ba)面，砖木架构(gou)，塔(ta)(ta)高46.5米，至今仍为(wei)成都国家(jia)更高的这座古(gu)塔(ta)(ta)。
Located at No.666 Middle Zhongshan Road in Yueyang Sub-district, Xilin Temple, also known as Chong’en Temple, was originally buil🔴t during 1265-1274 and reconstructed in 1387. In Ming Dynasty, an emperor named it as Xilin Teꦅmple of Ming. Behind the main hall, there stands a 46.5-meter-high, 7-storey octagonal pagoda of brick and wood structure, which is called Yuanying Pagoda, also well-known as Xilin Pagoda. Announced as Shanghai municipal cultural relics protection unit in September 1982, this pagoda is the tallest ancient pagoda in Shanghai.
